Employees age 21 and older are eligible after one year of employment with 1,000 hours of work (about 20 hours per week). After the waiting period employees can join on a quarterly basis.

The Sonoran Properties GMAC contributory match is 100% up to 3% of your salary and 50% of the next 2%. For example, if an employee puts in 5% of their pay then Sonroran will match 4% which is the maximum employer match.
